      • Due to the current climate & the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges; all sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us – please contact customer service via email and we’ll do our best to help you.
    • What is your processing + shipping time?
      • Customized pieces take 10 business days for processing before shipping time. (*Please note this time frame can change during our busy season & around holidays. Please follow us on Instagram for announcements of expected processing times). 
      • Non-customized pieces take 3 business days for processing before shipping time.
      • We ship via USPS & UPS – Standard First Class, Priority, & Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping also available. 
    • Do you offer rush orders?
      • If you need a rush order, please email customer service at and we can do our best to help you. Please note rush orders are subject to an additional fee and product availability.
    • I contacted customer service, when can I expect a response?
      • Customer service is a priority for us and we do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. Please allow 1 business day for a response from our team.
    • Do you offer local pickup?
      • Yes! We have a local curbside pickup option. Pick up is for customers in the Utah County, Utah area. Use code UTLOCAL on your order for this option & we’ll email you when your order is ready.
    • Are all your clear bags compliant with clear bag policies?
      • While we ensure most of our bags fit within the NFL’s sizing and transparency regulations, we recommend verifying compliance with the venue that you’ll be attending. If we decide to sell any bags that are not compliant, we will clearly give a disclaimer on the product page. Game Day Fitted is not responsible for any compliance issues.
    • How do I add customization to my bag?
      • On the product listing, select the "Bag + Custom" option from the drop down menu then enter the Name/Number, Font, Color & Finish you want in the field below it. That's it! All colors, fonts, and finishes are available in product listing pictures. 
    • When will items be restocked?
      • There will be no guaranteed restocks on any items. But, if you have any specific needs or request, shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
    • What are the care instructions for bags?
      • Each clear bag comes with a complimentary dust bag - we suggest storing your clear bag in this to avoid any scratches & dirt accumulation. 
      • We suggest using a microfiber cloth + warm water to wipe any debris off of your clear bag. Be sure to avoid all vinyl, faux leather, and hardware.
        • DO NOT leave bags in a hot car; avoid extreme temperatures as they can alter the shape of the bags and application of vinyl.
